Tensegrity version of the tetrahelix dual

A tetrahelix can be covered by wrapping two triangle strips helically in the direction opposite to the twist of the column. These describe an out-and-back path for a Hamiltonian circuit in the dual polyhedron. For example, a column described by this undip word:
